Problem: After an upgrade to Utah, a flow that is set to run as System is actually running as the user who initiates the session. Deactivating and activating doesn’t help. When testing the flow, it runs as System in test but when it’s triggered, it runs as the user.
Solution: Copy the flow to a new flow and delete the old flow.
